So how are the Hoosiers doin' without old Bobby?
At any rate, *most* of my surgical texts described these, so I would think there would be a variety of resources out there. Of the top of my head, I know that Schwartz & Schwartz has it, as well as the Mount Reid handbook. For an anatomy book (probably better for MS-1), I really liked Moore's Clinical Anatomy - lots of clinical discussions and shows you where those named sites are.
Does that help any? I'm not sure if you want a pocket handbook, surgical text or anatomy book. Have you looked on line for any resources?
