So I hate to make a new thread for this but...
Does anyone have any resources with instructions for how to wrap surgical packs/gowns? I'm trying to find some sort of print out to post at the zoo so they can have a reference for when I'm not there. The previous vet never used cloth packs, so no one else knows how to do them.

OMG, I will search for it or I will take pictures when I am at work. For reals.

That was my next thought was that I would just do a step by step instruction myself and take pictures. I've found a few things online but they are doing things so weirdly and their packs are super loose. I saw something today where they used stretch gauze to tie a pack like a present.

That's....odd......

Google is failing me. I think I'm going to have to take pictures myself. This should be exciting. Too bad I just wrapped all our packs and gowns today.

I love wrapping packs. Reminds me of wrapping Christmas presents which I also love 🙂

I find it super satisfying. I totally agree with you, right on par with wrapping presents which is also fun.

Same. I'm always the official present-wrapper at my house and wrap everything that's not for me (which is why the ones that are for me are the last ones under the tree).

That and they never look as good as the rest lol

"You need premium to view the video"

Womp Womp. I was hoping to see how other hospitals do it! I'm still learning, and my packs could use a little sprucin' up!

Dang it! Sorry 🙁 I was viewing it on a friends computer, she has access. I thought it was pretty good, but don't have anything to compare it to. 😎

There is a pdf version of Fossum Small Animal Surgery out there on the web somewhere - a few of my classmates have it. In the first few chapters it covers the proper ways to wrap instrument packs, gowns, basically everything.

Womp womp, all the good dove videos are premium, except the gorilla glue SX , that is a good one to watch. The Fractious cat restraint video makes me  .. That cat is an angel compared to real fractious cats lol. Thread hijack over 😀
