Does anyone know if any particular manufacturer makes surgical loupes for oculoplastic that fit the Asian face better? I've tried on the Keeler and Kleine models but find the width of the frames tight around my temple. Anyone have any idea?

Designs for Vision, if you want telescopes mounted through the eyeglass lenses, or Zeiss, if you want the headband-mounted type that sit in front of your normal eyeglasses, if you wear them. I recommend you try different companies' models for fit. Heine also makes a headband-mounted telescope, one that can also be combined with their headband-mounted LED lights, but I think the Zeiss are optically better.
Designs for Vision will come to your offices to fit you. Have your refraction available for them if you go with them.
