A dedicated group of Drexel University College of Medicine students has worked for over two years on this medical education research project. They are now expanding their study population to the national level and are asking for your support. Please forward this email message to your fourth-year medical students and colleagues at other medical schools, asking them to do the same. Their target is to collect 300+ responses. They are all grateful for your assistance.

The purpose of this research is to investigate how healthcare employment before matriculating to a graduate healthcare professional program (medical, physician assistant, nursing, post-baccalaureate bridge programs) impacts the academic success and clinical performance of traditional and underrepresented (UR) students.
