no he has a prelim spot but want's out.. aren't prelim spots only one year and after that you're on your own to find a pgy2 spot or another pgy1 spot.. So whoever would switch would be giving up their catagorical resdency for a one year spot... That doesn't sound like a good or fair trade at all.
