There is a D1 at my school who has signed for the HPSP with the Navy. However, considering the cost of our school, the HSCP is a better deal. Her recruiter, never filled her in about the HSCP though, so I have been telling her about it now for the first time. We begin class on Monday, so I am not sure as to what HPSP payments for tuition, dental kits, etc. have gone through, but very soon if not already. My question is: Is it too late for her to switch to the HSCP? Should she do it asap if so? Thanks.

I think if she already commisioned it might be to late, but she should check. My application is complete, and they told me it would be very easy to switch to the HSCP, only 1 paper. I can't decide which is better, it's very close!

Thanks. I'll let her know your advice. Hit me up if you want any further info on HSCP - I've done a good amount of research on it now. I know for my school it is definitely the better option. PM me with any questions.

What school are you attending. IMO, if you have in-state tuition then the HSCP often-times the superior program.
