Switched from Psych to Neurology

Hi Guys
I finally did get a position in Neurology
I will finish my G1 year in psychiatry in June
Then complete 4 more months of medicine
Then start in November 2011 as an off cycle Neurology G 2
I am a little worried about My visa
I am on an H1 B visa and the program have indicated they just transfer the visa...
Has anybody gone through something similiar before?
Any thoughts?
