Anyone know-is it possible to switch internship hospitals with someone else if they are willing to do so? What would the procedure be for such a switch? Thanks!

If you obtained your position through the NRMP, you must have a match waiver and agreement from both programs. Without the waiver from the NRMP, you can't just switch (even if all parties otherwise agree). See nrmp.org for more information on how to go about getting a waiver.
