How does the sympathetomimetic toxidrome (ie, cocaine) work? I know that anticholinergic works by not letting Ach act and thus the adrenergic effects predominate.
But when you take cocaine, how come it can look like anticholinergic but you just have hyperactivity of the bowel? I don't really get it...
