So I have 25 days left 'till the DAT and I thought I'll journal my progress here to keep me on track and perhaps share my experiences for others to use.
Two days ago I moved to my mom's so I can just chill and study without having to worry about things like cooking and shiz… yeah I'm lucky like that… The only thing is when I get here, I get really lazy, and don't want to do anything. To counter that I thought I try having a cold shower from tomorrow morning. I gave it a trial run today, and it feels pretty good. I feel really alert and productive. For the benefits of a cold shower read here: http://www.medicaldaily.com/benefit...y-taking-cool-showers-good-your-health-289524 . That's not enough though. I also feel I need to do some sort of exercise to keep me active, so I'm going to try doing a 7 minute exercise in the morning. Seven minutes is not long enough to make me tired, but it's long enough to get the heart moving and wake me up. For the workout I will use the 7M Workout app by Johnson & Johnson. There is basically a voice in the app that tells you what exercise to do and shows you how to do it. You also get to like or dislike each exercise so that the app knows what exercises to give you.
Now, it's probably not very healthy to take a cold shower straight after exercise, so I'm planning to take some time just chilling, planning the day, meditating (yeah I do that using binaural beat music from youtube), and having a small breakfast before taking the grueling cold shower.
Also, I want to keep my brain in a good condition, so no matter what I will sleep as much as I need every day, I will leave two bottles of water on my desk to drink everyday, and will take multivitamins and DHA omega-3 supplements to keep the white mushy stuff between my ears ticking well.
I don't think I'm going to study at all today, I just want to set everything up, and get some chores out of the way first. One thing I will do though is I'll get everything ready to start studying like a pro from tomorrow.

I second the study group or partner tip, plus if you can, go to your cities university/college and study in the library, I go to mine every day and its so much better to study in the library then at home, once I get home there is absolutely no studying done because I just get too lazy there
