Taking a gap year. When do I apply to programs like PhysAssist, ScribeAmerica, and AmeriCorps?

Hello,

I am a college senior who will graduate in May of next year. My gap year will begin after that day and I've decided to look at opportunities starting right now. I've looked at the above places but I'm confused about when I'm supposed to submit an application. Do I submit an application much later down the line?

Also, does anyone know of any time sensitive opportunities? I know of the NIH program and I am applying to that. I'm just paranoid.

I work for ScribeAmerica and they took a very long time getting back to me. I suggest applying around three months before you want to start working.
