im a second semester sophomore right now, and i'm set to get a C in a 400 level bio class, not required for my major. If i drop it, it won't be something I'll need to retake.
I've already gotten a C in a gen chem class freshman year, and two C's (chem lab and 300 lvl bio) last semester. Obviously, my gpa is a wreck, but I'm still figuring out what's best for me to do in my present situation. Any help would be appreciated.

I would drop seeing as you're trying to repair your gpa. One dropped class won't hurt you.

Definitely drop the class and take the W.

A couple W's will not harm your chances, but you have to stop getting C's. Those little suckers can quickly nosedive your GPA.
