Taking an NBME tomorrow

Any recommendations? Looking at taking either NBME 4 or 6. Does anyone know if one is more accurate than the other?

Have not taken either yet. I heard that NBME 6 is the same as NBME 4 + addition of some multimedia questions. So besides the few added audio questions, NBME 6 is the same.

NBME 6 is an updated version of NBME 1 not 4. From reading previous threads, the general consensus is that 4 is the most predictive.

My friends who have taken both NBME 6 and 4 have said that their scores were significantly lower on 4. I took 4 yesterday, only 8 days into studying, and was a little disheartened by the score, but I knew it was the tougher of the two. So do I consider that a "real" score?

I took NBME 4 about 3 weeks after 6, and my score was 30~ points higher on 4. Took UWSA 2 weeks after 4, score on it was 10~ points higher.

I guess its different for everyone.

Thanks for the replies. I had taken NBME 2 a few weeks ago, and found it to be harder than I expected. I'll be most likely taking 4 tomorrow and see how it goes!
