Will taking Ck in the beginning of Sep have a huge impact on my interviews.
I have a 221 of Step 1 and waiting on my CS score and applying into Internal and Neuro.

US IMG

Yes I believe so
Especially being an IMG, its super important to have all your scores and be ECFMG certified by the time you apply and apply on time ie on 15th September.

Im actually not sure. Its a tough call to make. If you think you can get a 240 or so in CK then I think it'll be fine if you apply as late as the last week of September with your ECFMG certification and all.
You will get less interviews for sure but you only need one interview to match, so why not?

yeah I hear quite a few US Caribbean IMG apply while waiting on CS and usually are successful. So figured Ck might be the same thing but with quicker results back.

Applying without CS is much more riskier so you're better off than those people.
I know of people who had double 250+ and applied with CS results pending and didn't get a single interview
You should choose between applying on the 15th of September and updating your CK score when it comes out or applying in the end of September once you're ECFMG certified and have all your scores.
Don't apply later than the end of September in my opinion.
