Step II Taking CS after 3/24, problem for intern year?

I am taking CS at the end of March. I just realized that my scores will not be released until June 20th. Does anyone know if this will be a problem? I will be starting residency just around that time and I believe passing CS is a requirement. If for some reason my scores are delayed a week or two would my program care?

I could not believe it takes three months for this thing to be graded.

After refreshing the CS scheduling site about 500 times I found an earlier date. Not fun at all.
