Taking DATs really nervous

Im taking the DATs really really really soon. And I am really really really nervous!! Any advice. I have a 3.1 science GPA and am from California. What do I need to get into UCLA dental?

At UCLA, 3 of my friends who applied last year got into UCLA dental with 3.7s in Science and they did that at UCLA undergrad, which has ridiculous science circ. They also got 22, 20 and 21 on their DAT. With a 3.1, you shouldn't be too fond of having schools of preference. Just focus on getting in for now. I'm just being honest here, you don't hear too many 3.1s getting in the first time around.

But don't lose hope, if you kill your DATs, 22+, who knows!

As jorasic said: with that GPA, just focus on getting *into* dental school - your preferences are secondary for the moment.

Don't worry about it, though: most any dental school will get you where you need to be professionally. It's all a question of how hard you bust your ass *at* the school you end up in.

Don't get too nervous my man. Just stick to your guns. you learned the stuff, and anything they're going to ask you is pretty basic (aside from the random one's we hear about now and then) .. .

and remember: if you're nervous, that means you're ready !

my buddy just took it the other day, the guys was nervous as hell. he got out of his car to take the exam, and forgot his keys in the ignition. . . big mess. you'll be ok now that i've warned you not to make same mistake.
