Taking failed classes at different college?

Hi.
I have a failed class from the spring semester.

If I take the exact same course at my local community college, would the class be deemed same?

In other words, since pharmacy schools calculate every single grades, would the final grade of that course end up as (F + n)/2 ?



I want to retake it at my original college but the cost per credit difference is pretty big ($500 at CC opposed to almost $1200 at my original college).
And no, this is not BCP course that I failed.

Not necessarily. Depends on the school. Some school will take the latest grade and some schools will avg. You might want to call and ask. I know Texas Tech and Texas A&M for sure will take the latest grades. I'm only applying in Texas so I don't know schools from other states.
