Do you think I can still take MCAT this summer without Organic Chemistry 2 and Physics 2?

My winter semester classes include: organic chemistry 1, physics 1 and genetics.

I have already taken Gen chem 1 and 2 and Biology 1 and 2...

My adviser said I can take the MCAT at the end of the summer after taking Physics 2 in the summer, but isn't that late for Cycle 2010?

Let me know, thanks.

I wouldn't take Physics 2 over the summer while trying to study for the MCAT... Summer classes are way too time intensive and will not allow you the time required for a comprehensive MCAT only study schedule. I did it w/o Physics 2 or Organic 2 and sat for the Sept 10 test. My AAMC's averages before the test were 32-33. I could not get my scores any higher bc i was very weak in EM/Circuits/ and Organic 2 topics. I voided bc i did not allow sufficient time to self-teach that material. I have dedicated this semester to both classes and will be taking in Jan. All that to say the its much better to have the pre reqs done. Its poss to do well with out them but scoring in the upper thirties is highly improbable. GL
