Do you know how different MPJE is between states? Are there only subtle differences that I should note when studying the pharmacy laws of each state? What has been your experience?

I'm asking because I'm awful at law and have been getting overwhelmed. Please be kind. Thanks.

The MPJE for each state is different in that it is geared towards the law for that particular state. You'll be asked how long you should have to keep prescription records, how many techs you're allowed to have per pharmacist, laws regarding controls, etc. These things easily vary from state to state. The MPJE also includes some of the federal law stuff as well that remains the same regardless of the state.

Guys MPJE is so boring,I just started reading for Texas,I feel so bored with the stuff,what you guys suggest.Any practice tests you recommand.

I didn't want to spend the money, so I went on Quizlet and found the most current study sets created for MPJE. I didn't copy anything older than a year just to be safe. I searched by each state. In addition, I made my own sets while combing through all of the pharmacy laws of each state, but that took days to accomplish... Left me only a couple of days to quiz myself.
