I feel like I am going do terrible, I didn't practice much on PAT and QR.

I am not a great reader myself and biology I am struggling with.

Oh well, I am just going hope for the best.

All you need are two forms of picture ID, one with a photograph such as a drivers license, passport, debit card etc. I took in my drivers license and my debit card and that is all. They just ask for your name and the exam you are there for. Good luck🙂

Sup man, my advice would be to be aggressive with the PAT and move quickly.

I had minimal PAT practice and I had to rush the 2nd half of it. I was actually slower because I wasn't used to the old DAT standard format.
