Taking Stats before Kaplan review

Hey guys
i was wondering if it was required/recommended to complete a statistics class before enrolling in the Kaplan DAT prep course? I'm currently finishing up my spring quarter, so if needed, i could take a statistics class for summer session 1 (Jun 23-Jul 30). The Kaplan class dates available for the summer are 6/24-8/05, 7/12-8/18, and 8/9-9/16. I was planning on taking the review starting on June 24th or July 12th and then taking the DAT's some time from late September to mid October. Is Kaplan all I need to learn the sufficient amount of stats needed for DATs? thanks for any help!

Any statistics on the DAT will be very rudimentary, and you do not need to have taken a stat class. Of course, like with everything else, it may help, but I forgot everything about stat by the time I got to the DAT anyways. Best to study it fresh.

I agree and the same thing happened to me, I forgot even how to calculate SDs.

yeah, the most you can expect is SD and average heh.
