Taking the DAT in 2 weeks...questions regarding sending DAT scores????

Hey guys,

I'm planning to take the DAT in 2 weeks. I was signing up just now then I came across the page where you can select the schools to where you would like to have your score delivered. Then it said that the fee to send the score to schools that were not selected during the registration phase is $32.50. So I'm guessing the schools that I can select right now are just freebies? Also, the whole business with sending your scores through ADA and AADSAS...can somebody clarify that?

Also, I'm not gonna apply till June (obviously since thats when the cycle opens) so my scores not gonna get sent to the schools right now right? (dumb question i guess but I just wanna make sure eveythings right). And how do I send the scores in June? Do I contact ADA or AADSAS?

This is all very confusing so if you guys could clear things up i'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you so much!

when u applied for the test, it had asked you the list of schools where u want to send the scores. the scores will be automatically sent to the schools u checkboxed. if you didn't check some of the schools.
it is all in the ADA website when u first registered. something listed as send scores.
i believe the scores are sent elecronically so they will be able to access the scores as long as u have selected those schools when u first registered for your DAT.
correct me if im wrong anyone but im pretty sure about this because i had to send my scores out last year as well after my dat because i didn't select some of the schools and had to pay more money lol

looks like you were had!

aadsas sends the scores to each school when you apply, not the testing service. i only selected two (?) i think. yet everybody magically got mine.
