Hey everyone, I am a current re-applicant for dental school and am re-doing my personal statement. Long story short: I had a bad UG GPA and completed a masters in biology (UG GPA is below 3.0, Grad GPA is a 3.7), Last time I never brought this up, do you think it's pertinent to bring up in a personal statement? Or should I just focus on the prompt of "why dentistry", thanks in advance 🙂

Focus on why dentistry for your PS; I believe that either on the application somewhere OR on secondary essays you can describe "anything that isn't mentioned anywhere else on your app" --> this would be a good place to put it.

I agree with the above answers. PS is where you show yourself to the schools outside of your "numbers." It is an opportunity to show your unique story, character, and qualifications, so I would highlight and elaborate on these aspects that other parts of your application cannot fully tell.
