Why does the taus method tell us to go through kaplan qbook? Are the questions in qbook any good? They seem a bit tough in my perspective.

Its a good book. Pretty straight forward. Gives you a good idea about what kind of topics to expect from each subject on the test.

I used Qbook (except for the pathology tests) along with Rx for first pass. It gives some good stuff to annotate it for anatomy and phys.
