Any recommendations for TBI resource for preparing for and use during TBI rotation?

I really don't see any single great book specifically for TBI. It appears most resident rely on Braddom, DeLisa, Grabois, and Krusen's and review those chapters.

The Rehabilitation of People With Traumatic Brain Injury

This book was given to us at the beginning of residency. Good pocket book. Oddly enough, I was also given a copy when I interviewed at Boston University...as I think it's press company is there.
