So I'm pretty sure that I'm headed to Dublin this Sept to start med school at Trinity. Anyone else gonna be joining me?

Yes sir! Does anyone else know what they're doing in terms of accommodation? I was offered a spot at Trinity Hall and am debating whether or not to accept, considering the fact that it isn't the closest to campus...

though Halls is not on campus, it's only about a 15 min cycle. and from what ive heard, accommodation at tcd is sparse, so don't think about it - just take it!!

and it's surprising to see that virtually no one else has posted here, considering the fact that it's such an elite school and all...

I finished Medical school in Romania, I took the national exam and now I'm a first year resident on neonatology. I've talked to different persons, but no one could tell me exactly what is the difference between an intern, a resident, a RMO, a SHO and a registrar; what is the natural course of a medical graduate from Ireland (what does he do after graduating?). I wonder if someone could explain. Thank you!
