tcmc website for secondaries?

Hey did anyone else get an email to do the TCMC secondary and not get a website link? I googled their website and still couldn't find where I could get their secondaries...

I just got the email too and can't find the secondary. Let me know if you figure anything out!

Well, I tried the link for the secondary I received last year. It brought me to a new website (when I applied it didn't look like this).

When I click my old link, it redirects me to this:

Give it a shot if you want, can't guarantee anything. It says there are no online forms available at this time, though.

You will need a PIN, which was sent in another email that I never received. I had to call to get my PIN.
