Does anyone know if TCOM takes Canadians? I know they have a preference of 90% instate, and 10% OOS. Are Canadians considered?

They do as apart of the 10% OOS but you're going to have to have very competitive stats.

note, they do NOT participate in grade replacement either. Separate application as well.
