I know most TCV programs are a combination of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery training over a 2-3 year period. Has anyone ever heard of a thoracic only program or a cardiac only program?

Cornell takes 3 cardiothoracic fellows per year. One of the spots is a dedicated non-cardiac track.
