Teaching in USA

Guys I am a permanent resident of USA, I have DDS in dentistry since 1998and PhD in orthodontics since 2002 but from foreign countries outside USA.

I have tought in community colleges in my home country since 2006, can I apply for teaching in community colleges in USA? I need a job in USA cuz I am planning to move to USA very soon,


Please advise me,,
