What are the differences in the teaching methods of DO schools vs. MD schools?

Also what is considered the 'best' DO school?

1. There is more integration of somatic and visceral problems in DO school, and there is the addition of the osteopathic manipulation class.

2. The best DO school is open to interpretation. Some base it off of those ranked in US News, some base it off of the best board pass rates, and some base it off of the best residency programs. What is your criteria?
