I'm hoping someone here can help me. I recently upgraded from a phone with fingerprint recognition to one with facial recognition and it isn't working. What am I doing wrong?

You should retrain your facial recognition with your mask on. 🙂

Apple really needs to find a solution to this. Maybe allow you to save two facial profiles, one with mask one with mask off. This is horribly inconvenient.

I have the same problem with sunglasses. Surprised they can't solve this huge world problem.
