Hey everyone!

On my drive to school this morning I was listening to this TED talk and I instantly thought of you all. All of you will have interviews sometime in the future and what this lady says can really help you to feel more comfortable and powerful during the interview process. I wish I had seen this one year ago as I was preparing for interviews, it could have made things a lot easier for me. I hope this helps some of you.

Do you actually want us to visit your blog or just watch the video? I would've just posted the video instead if I intended the latter.

When she cried, I couldn't help but tear up a bit.

Emotions aside though... this was really awesome. Thanks for sharing 🙂

I enjoyed the talk. Interviewers be ready for big poses...haha

Haha... I will do that before my interview! Thanks

What I got out of this video was to do this...

...in the bathroom in front of the mirror for two minutes before you go into the interview room.

The interview advice starts at around 13:26 but I recommend watching the whole thing.

This thread is hilarious. I just watched that video on TED Talks yesterday, and today I came across this thread.

Creepy 🙂

I stumbled upon this and I have to say thank you for posting it.

I'm that person she's talking about in her class... I've always been the shy and reserved one. Time to fake it and become it -- or as Nike says, 'Just do it'. 😀
