Telefile = 1040 ??

Does anyone know whether TeleFile is considered some special kind of 1040? a 1040EZ? 😕

i think e-file might be easier to do.

I was just wondering bcuz I already did my telefile for 2001, and now on fin aid apps I am being asked which type of tax form I filed... and the only options I have are 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ 😕
