Telemedicine jobs paying 450k, thoughts?

So it's called RingMD. Anyone ever done something similar? I find the model interesting because it's a lot of liability to accept without actually seeing the patient + seems like it leads to a lot of ER visits that may not be necessary.
What I wonder is, how much work/call is put in to reach the 400k+ range and how it can be done on top of a regular day job. But if your day job as a family medicine doctors pays 270k and you use this to supplement another 100k-150k, that's a pretty good gig...

They’re backed by PE so they may have money to burn trying to establish a foothold. But I agree their model is not sustainable long term.

Also, you’ll be forced to practice bad, high risk medicine. Not worth it.

It's pay per call. So I am guessing they have very rosey projections of calls you will be able to make.

The money is clearly bogus. Charging $4/minute times 40hrs times 48 wks is only $460k
