Has anyone worked for one of these telemedicine companies? I've received ads stating they will pay the physician around $40/patient. How many pts did you actually "see" each hour? What type of chief complaints and diagnosis did you see? What did you think of the experience overall? Any info on your experience, pay, the company you worked for, etc. would be appreciated. Thank you.
btw, I know I've posted similar questions on this forum before. However, it seems that the telemedicine trend has really picked up in the last several years and I am curious if there have been more EM physicians working in that capacity and what their experiences were like.
