Some formulas require that you use standard temperature at 0 degrees Celsius or 273K and other require to use 25 degrees Celsius. How do you remember whether to use 0 or 25 degrees Celsius as standard temperature?

probably depends on the units of the constant, for instance R in PV=nRT

Standard state = 25 degrees Celsius = thermodynamics
STP = 0 degrees Celsius = gas laws
 
I think u usually use 298.15(just 298) for thermo and 273 for gas laws. "k" that is
