Temple Housing

Hey guys...it looks like i'm going to be attending Temple starting in 2008. I had a question about housing there. Does anyone have info about private housing outside of philly (i.e. NJ). I know a lot of students live in manayunk or roxborough, but is there anywhere outside of those two areas? I prefer a newer place (like an condo/townhouse complex). Thanks for any info.

I am a friend who lives in the Northeast which is away from manayunk/roxoboro and is graduating this year with me. He owns his own condo in a complex. If you want I could let him know you might be interested.
