Title: Temple (OOS) vs. UMD (OOS)
(Rutgers is also an option for me... OOS)
Post:
School 1: Temple
Cost- 359,090
Pros:
Cost- 432,338... I could apply for residency and then total would be 300,431 if accepted as Maryland Resident (but not guaranteed)

School 1: Temple
Cost- 359,090
Pros:
- close to home (an hour)
- amazing clinical requirements
- know people there
- would know some ppl in my incoming class
- would be able to be in a proper city (would live in center city)
- digital lab
- high board pass rate
- cost is higher if accepted
- small building (trivial)
- students live all over the city
- most ppl seem to not specialize (I am not sure if I want to specialize or not)
- no global volunteer experience

Pros:
- well established
- better location
- also good clinical experience
- students live very close by to each other and are close to campus
- has many surrounding postgrad schools
- not too far from my home
- seems to have better remediation policies compared to what I have heard at Temple
- Diamond scholars/clerkships
- high board pass rate
- only know one person there
- Stab lab (I know this is trivial)
- may need a car
- farther from home compared to Temple
- construction
- Do not want to live here as much as Philly
