Is Temple a private or a public school?

And is there a website that will tell you which ones are and aren't?

i believe in general is public, but the things that make it look private are because TU has like branches in Asia and Europe. Also becuase it accepts a lot of out of state students

i was told the same thing on my interview at temple last cycle. A little bit of public and a whole lotta private.
