Need some help in filling out the application. They have an experience form to be filled out and they want the exact number of extractions , perio surgery, etc etc to be mentioned. I didnt get a chance to do perio surgeries or stainless stell crown in pedo so i am confused regarding the number to be mentioned. Please help in this regard.
