Temple vs. MWU-AZ difference in cost

Hey guys, I'm trying to decide if I it's worth going to my Temple interview. I've seen some people in past Temple vs. Midwestern threads say that the difference in price after living costs is 100k. I keep trying to do the math and I'm seeing that Temple tuition and costs is only about 60k cheaper over 4 years, while housing would cost me about 30k more over 4 years at Temple. So I'm only getting a 30k difference.

I just don't know if 30k is worth moving across the country for me. Does anyone know of I'm missing anything here? I just can't find the 100k difference.

edit: Perhaps the person who you're referring to was in-state PA?
