I'm going to Temple in the Fall-- where is the best place to live?

I hear living in Center City is the best-- how far is this from the school? And what is the apartment complex in the suburbs like?

I'm certainly leaning towards cc myself. I think the broad street subway takes ~30 mins depending on were you live, but i gotta test it out first.
