If Fdrag = bv^2 for a ball of mass 3 kg, and the terminal velocity of the ball is 30 m/s, what is b?

any ideas how to solve this?

At terminal velocity, Fdrag = mg, so you need to rewrite the formula as:

mg = bv2

from there is should be simple math leading to 0.0333. (assuming mks units).
