In order to combat fatigue halfway through the real deal, I was thinking of doing 15 minutes of exercise out in the parking lot or something. Is there time to do this and eat a quick meal? And..am I crazy for wanting to do this?

Lmao.... maybe there's time, but just don't do this man. Be normal bro. Go in the sitting area, have some food, relax, talk to some other test takers about non-test stuff. Man, if I saw some dude iron manning the parking lot during break, I'd be rolling.

I haven't taken the test yet so i'm not sure about whether or not you'll have time but as a yoga junkie, I don't think you're crazy at all. I take a 10 min break every hour when I'm studying during which I try to stretch out and straighten up. It's actually very refreshing.

Good luck!

Haha. It's amazing what 15 mins of cardio does for my mental concentration!

Skip the tutorial and we'll probably have plenty of time haha. I'm right there with you, I don't care what other people think, I plan on taking 15 minutes after the first two blocks, 30 after the next two, then another 15 after block 6 so I can run around in circles or do jumping jacks or something... I wasn't meant to sit still for that long!!

i feel kind of fortunate that i've built the stamina and can do 4 blocks in one sitting...i get frustrated now when i have to take a break after a block or two (ie use the pooper)

Pay attention to your timing in UW/NBMEs and use that as a guide. I had plenty of time to go outside and have lunch in the sun. So if you're ok with time, I think it's a fine idea.

What do you think is a good time? I'm usually averaging 25-27 minutes left by time I'm done with a block

If you are performing on target with that timing, great. Every two blocks you do grants you a whole hour's worth of break. However, I've seen from your other posts that you wish you could be doing better, so maybe finishing each block super early isn't the best use of your time.

so if you dont use the whole time in a block, that time is added to your break time?
