Test Region changing(please help me)

I'm atteding in asian Med school. And I have a schedule in my country for CK.

However, is there a way to change the test region into US?

During international clerkship, I'll take a test.

Can you tell me how to change?
I think prometrics doesn't have the authorization to chagne.

If prometric isn't able to help you, then your best bet is to email NBME peeps. They usually reply pretty fast. At the worst you might have to shell out another $480 to do so. But I would email them first to see where they stand.
