Hey guys my test is tomorrow and I really needed help packing a proper lunch. I am a person that gets hungry A LOT and also get tired and fatigued quickly. Any tips on lunch and snacks that will give me a burst in energy?
For test day I had a pretty decent breakfast and took a cliff bar and 2 bananas for the break. I also took some Gatorade in case I got thirsty. To be honest I was a bit nerveous for the test so I only ate a few bites of my bar and half of a banana. Good luck on your test tomorrow!!
Def have a banana, Gatorade, granola/cliff/peanut bar. I'm biased toward the peanut granola and chocolate bars. Feels like brain food to me. I eat them before every exam
