I have been using a Marcaine/Bupivacaine testicular block before ORCs. Our current dose is 1 mg/kg of each which I feel is a very high volume for the procedure. Anyone out there have an effective dose, both for the animal and for my wallet? I am open to suggestions regarding all blocks: dental, ring, etc.
