are each centers equip different?

if you gave the test or you know about there equip please answer:

does the mouse have the scroll wheels? (i desperately need this feature)
how are the comps? are they old ass 1980's comps or are they decent? is the mouse optical or u gotta spend time cleaning the dust balls from inside of it?

my testing center's equip was pretty new.. optical mouse with scroll, flat screen, computer itself looked pretty new, big leather chairs.. i'd say just call and ask cause i did that and the guy answered all my questions...
