Testing on "Outdated" Material?

Anyone know if Step 1 asks about old diagnostic tests like Tzanck smears and Weil-Felix tests? I noticed while going over Rickettsial diseases in FA that Weil-Felix isn't even mentioned.

I've encountered the Tzanck smear in uworld and FA so I'm guessing its high yield. Haven't seen Weil-Felix mentioned anywhere except on my microcards and in class so its probably low yield.
